There are 2-3 weeks of 6 day weeks studying and training, but the trainers were knowledgeable and patient. I was by myself for a few days after training and got very busy, but they sent another Agent to my store to
help when I needed it. I've taken my Agent's license which they paid for and even let me study during work hours. I like the trust and self reliance they give, The work hours are 10 hours at first and is difficult
especially during the 6 days of training, but the benefits are great. They do have requirements to get to 2 days off and a certain time to receive health benefits, but most companies are like that. Very happy.

I've worked for this company for 3 years as an Agent. It's 10 hour days, but they give 1 hour & 25 min for lunch and bank. I grew from working a job to having a career. Some people come here, but want to do the
bare minimum for a paycheck, this is not for you. This company kept all stores open and employees paid during the pandemic. They gave us desk shields and provided masks & Sanitizer. I like that I'm not micro-managed
in my store and the rules and training were straight forward. I've built a clientele and people ask for me. I see the fruits of my hard work here. They pay twice the percentage of commissions than all the other
local Insurance companies when I looked into it. I've built a great network of friends and a strong customer base.

The most enjoyable part of my job was to learn new things and to help others grow. I've been working with Remco for many years now. Management team has always been very helpful & understanding. Remco is genuinely
a great company to work for. The pay and working hours are consistent so you don't have to worry about your hours getting cut or your paycheck coming in low. You get a chance to earn commissions and bonuses every
month so that's always a PLUS. Paid Vacation time is also offered every 6 months. Work for Remco has also given me the opportunity to learn new skills. No company is perfect but overall I have really enjoyed my
time working here. Remco has always been real supportive & willing to help its employees.

up. At the beginning it was a little bit hard had a couple managers that trained me they weren’t the best at training but I got to talk to one of the girls at Cesar Chavez she was very helpful when I train with
her overall I’m happy where I’m at right now.

To All agents that work at Remco , hope you will see if you work hard you can achieve your goals.
I started working at Remco at the beginning of 2013. I applied at this company because I wanted to transition
to an office job. I had been working as a manager at a local restaurant. I wanted a job that would allow me to grow within a company. I wanted something stable and that would allow me to make more money eventually.
A sales job seem like the perfect job for me. I was surprised I was hired since I didn't have any clerical/office experience. Everything was so new to me. I found it overwhelming at first since I trained at two
busy offices in Austin (Research and Airport). It crossed my mind that maybe it wasn't the job for me. I was afraid I wouldn't catch on quickly and I was afraid to do something wrong on a policy and that the customers
would get mad at me or that I would get in trouble. I was very young and naive back then. To my surprise, I sold several policies when training. I liked meeting new people and helping customers find a good insurance
rate. After 3 days of training I believe, I had to work by myself at my assigned location. It was a very small office and it had just opened. In my eyes, it was good that the office was slow that way I could take
my time since I was still learning. I didn't know much about the insurance business to be honest. We didn't have training packages back then nor educational videos. We didn't even have an agent helpline. Sometimes,
customers would ask me a question and I had no clue what to do and I would panic and call random extensions and I would hope someone would be able to help me. Some agents made everything sound so easy it gave me
confidence. Since the office was new in this area, no one had heard of Remco around here. Some days I would only get one customer walk in all day. The phone would rarely ring and I didn't get any calls transferred
to me since I don't think we had a call que or maybe I didn't know I had to log in...
One day I received a message from Mr. Peerbhai asking me if I wanted more training since my sales were really low. I replied
that I didn't need more training. I told him that I would usually sell all the quotes I gave (which there were not many) but that I needed help with advertising or something since no one would come in. I started
asking friends just to call me to get a quote so I wouldn't get in trouble. I thought I was going to get fired since I was not making much money for the company. Soon after, I got discouraged because it felt that
my office was never going to be busy. My goal was to get 500 customers so I would get a raise and get dropped to 5 days.
I realized my customers kept returning and that they were referring their friends and
family. Most of my new customers were referrals. I was so happy the first time I made $500 in one day in fees. Within a few years, I couldn't keep up and I asked Mr. Peerbhai if he could hire someone else to help
me. Eventually, he hired another agent and I was dropped to 5 days. I still manage to make the same amount of money every month even though my coworker and I were splitting our fees. I kept hitting my goals and
I would get a raise yearly. .Fast forward to 2021, even during a pandemic and competition around me, the sales are still increasing. Some days, I can't even keep up with all the customers. Now, $500 in fees is a
horrible day for my store and less than 5K in premium is a slow day. The reason I can get high policy premiums and fees is because I'm familiar with all the products we offer.
It is stressful and overwhelming
at times, but my strategy has always been to do my job right and to be respectful and courteous to customers. I'm not the most charismatic person by far. Yet, I still have the same customers that opened policies
with me back in 2013. They will sit here and wait for me to assist them. They know that I will take care of them and find them the best policy for their needs and that I'm not just trying to close a sell. It takes
time to build an office but If you care about what you do, the customers will come.

I been working for this company since it opened in 2012. I remember the office being slow at the beginning and just working on to-dos, buying balloons and opening the front door to attract more customers. Working two years six days until I hit store sales
in order to have days off, at first it didn't seem like I would ever hit store sales, but I kept working harder and knew I wanted to reach my store goals, which now I have gotten raises and bonuses due to my office
going over store sales. As long as you stay on top of your office sales, by doing to-dos, great customer service, and advertising any way possible, you will reach your store sales. Just because it seems slow at
the beginning doesn't mean your office won't hit store goals. It takes time but i got there .

Just wanted to thank you for the growth I've had with the company. At the beginning it was a challenge due to my office being fairly new and customers were barely starting to build. I remember when I had a surprise visit you gave me a pep talk and told
me to be patient and persistent with my tactics and it will pay off. It's been almost 9 yrs and I can tell you I still keep that in mind because it has build up my customers and my store now is a challenge for myself
to only beat my own numbers the month coming up. That is helping my growth and also my check because my commissions is what I look forward to! Have to feed my family and pay bills, just like the store has to pay
it's own bills so I can't just come to work and settle for walks in or calls, hustle is the key. The struggle has been real worth it sir! Thank you for the opportunity :)
Thank You & Have A Great Day!

Enjoy Working For Remco Insurance
I have enjoy working for Remco Insurance because you get a lot of freedom, you gain experience on sales and are able to earn as much money as you want if you put the effort. Its a very comfortable and free
of pressure place to work. If your responsible enough to keep sales up the corporates office does not mess with you. I like the fact that through out the year I have learned how to sell other products beside auto
Insurance. Along with earning more money, as I gain experience. I started making around$ 2,400 a month and as I have grown and learned more I been making about $3,800 a month. Theirs months when the employer will
set bonus and If you try hard your able to earn additional income. I will definitely recommend anyone that like sales and feels the potential to grow and sale, to work for Remco Insurance.
